News Update 4/28/2011

FringeWorld

Solo Projects Studios was awarded early V.I.P. access of the Idea System game engine for it’s MMO project “FringeWorld” on April 18th 2011. The
Idea System is based on the HeroEngine technology and powers some of the best MMO’s in the world.

Solo Projects Studios is an Artists Collective based in Portland Oregon that was started by J. Christian. Solo Projects endeavors to provide
large scale film and game projects for artists. Proceeds from the projects are then used to pay the artists and fund additional projects. Currently
Solo has two active projects “Rogue’s Odyssey” and “FringeWorld”. Both projects are MMO’s that can be played inside a web browser. Rogue uses the
Unity engine and uLink for it’s networking software. uLink has been provided by Pikkotekk and they work with us daily to make improvements. It’s amazing to
work with a company that has help produce work for Ubisoft, CCP, DICE and many other major game companies.
Rogue is kept “live” online as it is being built as a public example of the type of projects we are developing.

We are actively looking for artists, programmers, musicians, and designers. If you wish to participate on these projects or if you have a new project
you would like to submit for consideration, Please contact Solo Projects Studios.

We are very excited to finally be able to go public with Solo Projects and we look forward to expanding the number of artists that participate.
We will be holding several fundraisers soon to help with the cost of expansion , Server costs, and equipment/software upgrades for the artists.

We invite all of the Arts community to join us and spread the word about what we are building.
